Featuring some of Folkestone’s most iconic views, including The Leas, The Grand Hotel, the Zig Zag Path and the historic Bandstand, the design captures the elegance, nostalgia and architectural beauty of this much-loved stretch of coastline.
The original artwork was carved and printed entirely by hand in my Folkestone studio, developed over months of drawing, carving and careful printmaking. For this textile edition, the design has been translated onto fabric, with the composition extended using soft cloud wisps to create a flowing border around the artwork.
A practical piece with an artistic story, this tea towel celebrates traditional printmaking, seaside heritage and the character of Folkestone — perfect for your own kitchen or as a thoughtful gift for lovers of the coast.
